On March 17, 2023, at the ninth Congress of Xi’an Science and Technology Association, Prof. Fang Yu was elected president of the association, and Wang Shusheng, Shi Jianguo, Yang Yuqin, Yang Shuxing, Zhang Chuanshi, Zhou Shuguang, Geng Zhanjun, Guo Liejin and Han Quan were elected vice presidents.
