On June 27, 2025, Prof. Fang Yu, Prof. Peng Junxia, and R&D Engineer Wang Pei from the Institute of New Concept Sensors and Molecular Materials attended the 2025 Shanghai Food Safety and Disinfection Technology Seminar.
Fang Yu presented a report titled “Innovation in Molecular Materials for Advanced Technologies: From High-Performance Sensors to Controlled Release of CIO2.” The seminar was hosted by the Food Safety and Disinfection Professional Committee of the Shanghai Food Safety Joint Working Committee, and attended by over 100 representatives from relevant institutions, associations, food production, catering, disinfection companies, and testing agencies.
