On May 13, 2026, a delegation from AVIC Forstar S&T Co., Ltd. led by Defense Division director Feng Zhiguo visitrf the Institute of New Concept Sensors and Molecular Materials at Shaanxi Normal University, where they held discussions with Prof. Fang Yu regarding the application needs of dielectric materials.
