From August 2 to 6, 2026, Prof. Peng Haonan of the Institute of New Concept Sensors and Molecular Materials at Shaanxi Normal University attended the Seminar on Standardized and Advanced Development of Chemistry Experiment Instruction in Central and Western Chinese Universities and the Second Meeting of the Collaborative Group of Chemistry Virtual Teaching and Research Offices in Zhangye, Gansu province, where he presented a report titled “Building a Collaborative Education System: From Curriculum Restructuring to Student Growth Profiles”.

The conference was organized by the Ministry of Education’s Collaborative Group of Virtual Teaching and Research Offices for Chemistry and the MOE’s Virtual Teaching and Research Office for Chemistry Experiment Teaching Reform, and hosted by the School of New Energy and Chemical Engineering at Hexi University and the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Lanzhou University. Experts and scholars from universities across the country exchanged views on topics including the standardization and advancement of chemistry laboratory teaching, collaborative mechanisms for virtual teaching and research offices, and digital and intelligent teaching reforms.
