On October 28, 2026, Xi’an Center for the Commercialization of Advanced Technology Achievements director Zhang Jianqi visited the Institute of New Concept Sensors and Molecular Materials at Shaanxi Normal University.

INCSMM vice dean Mr. Yang Xiaogang and R&D Engineer Ms He Yinan led Zhang Jianqi on a tour of the institute’s exhibition room, introducing the institute’s strategy for the commercialization of S&T achievements, as well as the technical advantages and application prospects of high-performance dielectric materials. Zhang Jianqi outlined the center’s functions in technology transfer, pilot-scale verification, and government-enterprise collaboration. The two sides also engaged in discussions regarding project incubation pathways, the sharing of pilot-scale resources, and mechanisms for future cooperation.
