Recently, at the finals of 7th “Bright Stone Cup” Micro-Nano Sensing Technology and Intelligent Applications Competition of the 2026 China College Student Mechanical Engineering Innovation and Creativity Competition held in Yantai, Shandong province, a team led by Prof. Peng Haonan and R&D engineer Luo Yanyan — comprising graduate students Li Huisi, Lyu Leyi, Chen Zhouyu, Li Xinpei, and Zhou Baiyan — won the Second Prize for their project “One Chip, Two Environments: High-Performance Chlorine Dioxide Sensing Technology for Gas-Liquid Dual Domains”.

A total of 269 teams from the undergraduate and associate degree categories and 133 teams from the graduate category competed in the finals of this competition. In the end, 75 third-place awards, 123 second-place awards, and 30 first-place awards were presented.
