Recently, Assoc. Prof. Bo Xin (as an adviser) from the Institute of New Concept Sensors and Molecular Materials and graduate students Hu Jinfeng and Zhao Yating (as contestants) participated in the 5th National Electrochemical Measurement Techniques Competition for College Students, where they won second prize in the graduate student category of the Northwest Regional Competition.

Organized by the China Chemical Engineering Education Association and hosted by the School of Chemical Engineering and Chemistry at Harbin Institute of Technology, the competition attracted 5,220 students from 2,610 teams representing 317 institutions nationwide.
