On July 1, 2026, at the Shaanxi Province Commendation Conference for “Outstanding Communist Party Members, Outstanding Party Affairs Workers, and Advanced Grassroots Party Organizations”, the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China announced its commendation decision, and Prof. Fang Yu of Shaanxi Normal University was honored with the title of “Outstanding Communist Party Member of Shaanxi Province”.
