On September 16, 2026, Ji Feng, deputy director of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology, visited the Institute of New Concept Sensors and Molecular Materials at Shaanxi Normal University for a inspection visit and roundtable discussion.

Ji Feng and his delegation listened to a presentation by INCSMM vice dean Mr. Yang Xiaogang, on the institute’s general overview and its research and development efforts in high-performance dielectric materials; toured the institute’s exhibition room showcasing its achievements; and held a discussion with Prof. Fang Yu.

Shaanxi Department of Science and Technology Industrial Innovation Promotion Division director Zhou Ying, General Office deputy director Wang Pengpeng, and Resource Allocation and Management Division (Major Special Projects Division) deputy director Yang Baolin; as well as Shaanxi Normal University vice president Zhou Zhengchao, Department of Science and Technology director Xue Dong, School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Party Committee Secretary Li Baoxin,  S&T Department deputy director Cao Xiaoyi, and R&D engineers Wang Pei and He Yinan, accompanied the visit and attended discussion session.
