On September 17, 2026, more than 90 participants in the Shaanxi Province Technology Transfer Manager Training Program, organized by the Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Resource Coordination Center, visited the Institute of New Concept Sensors and Molecular Materials at Shaanxi Normal University.

INCSMM vice dean Mr. Yang Xiaogang presented a report titled “Technology Transfer at Institute of New Concept Sensors and Molecular Materials” to the training program participants. He provided an overview of the institute and introduced the new concept sensors, high-end water- and oil-repellent breathable membranes, and high-performance dielectric materials developed by the institute.

After the presentation, Yang Xiaogang also led the participants on a tour of the achievements exhibition room and exchanged views with them on issues such as building teams for the transfer and commercialization of university technology achievements and promoting the practical application of scientific and technological achievements.
