On July 11, 2026, at the invitation of the School of Teacher and Administrator of Shaanxi Normal University, Prof. Liu Kaiqiang from the Institute of New Concept Sensors and Molecular Materials presented two lectures - “A Brief Discussion on Pathways to Enhancing Research Capabilities for New Faculty” and “Grant Proposal Submission and Academic Team Building in Higher Education Institutions”- at Ningxia Normal University for its 2026 summer faculty training program, where he shared insights on enhancing the research capabilities of mid-career and young faculty, refining academic research directions, expanding external collaborations, grant proposal submission, and academic team building.
