On August 19, 2026, Prof. Fang Yu was invited to attend the second meeting of the First Academic Committee and the Academic Advisory Committee of the State Key Laboratory of Fine Chemicals at Dalian University of Technology.

Together with DLUT president and Chinese Academy of Engineering Academician Gao Xiang, Academician Ding Kuiling (deputy director of the Key Laboratory’s Academic Committee), Academician Tong Zhenhe (honorary director of the Advisory Committee), Academician Bao Xinhe (member of the Strategic Advisory Committee), and other academicians, industry experts and scholars, they provided guidance and offered suggestions for the high-quality development of the laboratory.
